How Meso Scout handles public shop records, local preferences, optional Google Analytics, privacy choices and contact requests.

Market information

Published records include in-game shop owner names, shop titles, items, prices, quantities, equipment stats, recorded locations, and observation times. This information is used to display and compare shop listings. Anyone visiting the site can download the published market data.

Your browsing

No website account or game login is required to browse. Do not submit game passwords to this website. Raw search text, filters, and comparison selections are handled in your browser. Live market notifications use a persistent connection that receives only the public snapshot version and scan time. We do not store visitor identifiers or search settings for this connection. For site-wide popular searches, choosing an item or completing an exact item-name or item-ID search sends only its numeric item ID to a separate aggregate counter. We retain item totals, not individual search logs or visitor identifiers. No cookie or persistent browser identifier is used for this counter. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable these submissions in the application. Temporary request information may be used for abuse controls; Cloudflare also processes connection information as described below.

Sharing links

Share writes a public listing link to your clipboard when your browser allows it. It does not read your clipboard. If copying is blocked, a field lets you copy the link manually. A listing link contains an item ID and an offer identifier in its URL path. The server and preview services receive that path to display public item details. Social previews may retain cached prices after an offer changes. Separately, the address-bar filter link contains your active search, filter and sort settings. Filter URL fragments are interpreted in the browser and are not included in the HTTP request to our server.

Cookies and browser storage

Quick filters save the names you choose and your search, filter, and sort settings on this browser using local storage. They are not synced to other devices or website addresses. Market alerts also save rule names, filters, and last-checked matching offers locally. A compact index of previously viewed market prices supports New and Price dropped badges. None of this browser storage is uploaded for tracking. Alerts and quick filters can be exported to a JSON backup and imported locally. Backups contain the names and search conditions you saved, but exclude scan checkpoints and listing records; keep them private if your searches are personal. The Settings cog lets you customize listing layout, prices, cursor, motion, help bubbles, audio volume, page colors, and optional weather effects. These preferences are saved only in your browser and can be exported, imported, or reset. Anonymous popular-search counts can be disabled in Settings; browser privacy signals still take priority. The music player saves your chosen track and volume locally. Alert sound preferences are also saved locally; notification sounds can be muted independently of music. You can delete individual quick filters with their delete buttons, or remove all saved preferences by clearing this site's browser data. Music starts muted. Your browser may also cache downloaded files and assets.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It processes connection and request information, which may include IP addresses, URLs, browser information, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the service. Its processing and retention are described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Google Analytics is optional and loads only with your consent, as explained below. Google advertising tags and AdSense are not enabled. We do not currently sell browsing information or use it for targeted advertising. Cloudflare may process technical information independently to operate and secure its services.

Retention and control

A newer publication replaces the snapshot served to visitors. Aggregate price history is kept for up to 90 days subject to the displayed storage limit. Aggregate item-search totals are retained while the popularity feature operates, without individual event records. Older exports or backups may remain with the operator for troubleshooting and recovery. Contact [email protected] about access or deletion; a fixed backup deletion period has not been established. Clearing browser data removes locally saved preferences, but does not remove published shop records or copies downloaded by others.

Your privacy choices

You can clear saved preferences and cached files in your browser settings. Browser controls can also restrict cookies and local storage, which may prevent preferences from being saved. Depending on the laws that apply to you and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Send these requests to [email protected]. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify a request; do not send passwords or identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

Contact correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages to a Google-hosted inbox. We use correspondence to respond, resolve reports and maintain records of the request; it is not added to a marketing list. Retention depends on the request and any applicable obligations.

International processing

Hosting providers may process technical data in countries other than your own. Cloudflare and Google may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices describe applicable safeguards and processing practices. Google Analytics retention is controlled by the property settings; contact us for the current setting. Cookie expiry is separate from retention of information already collected.

This notice describes the current site. Material changes to data processing will be reflected here before new analytics, advertising, accounts or payments are enabled. Future features are not activated by reading or accepting this notice.
